All Willingham's World Champion BBQ meat products are shipped fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and frozen. Each Willingham's package is insulated using foam, packing materials and sufficient dry ice to deliver your World Champion BBQ in perfect condition.
All orders to be shipped the same day must be placed by 2 p.m. Central Time. Any order received after 2 p.m. Central Time will be applied to the following business day. For urgent orders, select Next Day Air service.
We ship our packages Monday through Friday, however, we don't allow BBQ meat shipments to travel during days that regular UPS service is idle (weekends, holidays). All BBQ meat items must travel non-stop through delivery within the same Monday through Friday time period. This process guarantees your important package will arrive in perfect condition. Seasoning and sauces ship via standard ground service, unless otherwise specified.
Orders destined for addresses with three-digit zip codes 400 through 699 can travel via Standard Ground service if order is placed prior to Wednesday at 2 p.m. Central Time.
Currently, shipping is available for delivery within the continental U.S. only.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes as our products are perishable and need to be cared for as soon as possible after delivery.
Accurate ship-to addresses and contact telephone numbers for both the sender and recipient are the responsibility of the sender. Please ensure that the recipient will be available to care for their package the day that it is delivered. Our BBQ products are perishable and we suggest that you let the recipient know that a perishable gift is arriving. It is important the package is unpacked and handled properly on the day it arrives.
All of our orders do not require a signature for delivery. Packages will be left at the delivery destination even if someone is unavailable to receive it.
