We start by hand rubbing premium pork shoulder (a.k.a. boston butts) and ribs, allowing the meat to marinate overnight, then hickory smoke low and slow for hours.
This Willingham's BBQ combo includes 2-full slabs of BBQ ribs & 1 lb of hand pulled pork, with your choice of 1-bottle of Willingham's BBQ sauce and a 2.75 oz bottle of W'ham dry rub.

RE-HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Fully thaw meat in refrigerator until ready to re-heat. The meat is seasoned and fully cooked, simply re-heat and serve.
OVEN/GRILL (RECOMMENDED)
Pre-heat oven/grill to 350°F degrees. Remove meat from container wrap in 2 sheets of aluminum foil or place in covered baking dish. Loosen meat with a fork, and cover. Place meat in oven for 25-30 minutes, heat to an internal temp of 145°F.
MICROWAVE
Place meat in microwave safe dish. Re-heat on High for 1 ½ minutes, remove, stir, place back in microwave for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serve with your favorite Willingham's BBQ sauces.
